By placing a reservation with Boston Exotic Rentals, you agree to the following terms. These policies ensure your safety, preserve vehicle quality, and support smooth service.
Driver Requirements
- Minimum age: 25 years old
- Valid driver's license required (U.S. or international)
- Full coverage insurance must be verified before pickup
Booking & Payment
- Full payment is required to confirm your reservation
- Security deposit applies to all rentals and varies by vehicle
- Accepted payment methods: major credit cards only
Pickup & Delivery
- We offer delivery and pickup within Greater Boston, including Logan Airport
- Delivery times must be confirmed 24 hours in advance
Cancellations
- Cancel 48+ hours before rental for a full refund
- Cancel within 24–48 hours: 50% refund
- No refund for cancellations under 24 hours or no-shows
Usage Policy
- No racing, reckless driving, or use outside the U.S. without prior approval
- No smoking. A cleaning fee of $500 will be applied if violated
- Late returns may incur additional charges
Responsibility
- The renter is liable for all damage, theft, or fines during the rental period
- We inspect all vehicles before and after each rental
